The applicant needs to approach the nearest e-Dhara Kendra Submit an Application Step 2: The applicant has to submit an application in the prescribed format for possession certificate at e-Dhara Kendra. Provide the following details in the application form Document details such as House number, Door Number, Address, Age, Extents Ration card and Aadhaar card number Informant details such as relation, mobile number, and email ID Information related to house boundaries Note: Mention the mode of delivery of possession certificate. Step 3: Submit all required documents (refer above) to the e-Dhara Kendra service operator. The request for Gujarat possession certificate will be forwarded online to the concerned authority, i.e., Tahsildar for rural areas & RDO for urban areas. Note: e-Dhara Kendra service operator will issue a receipt with the possession application number. Application number will also be sent to the registered mail ID and mobile number. Field visit by Officer Step 5: After downloading all verification and Proceeding documents, the concerned authority will conduct a field-level inquiry. After inquiry, Tahsildar/RDO will take action for issuing possession certificate. Application Status Possession certificate application status will be updated through SMS. The applicant can also track application status from e-Dhara Kendra. Verify Possession Document Once the applicant’s possession request is accepted, an SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number as the application has been approved. Get Gujarat Possession certificate After field verification, if the concerned authority approves the request for possession certificate, possession certificate will be dispatched through courier from e-Dhara Kendra franchisee to applicant’s address if the Delivery Type is Speed Post Local or Non-Local.
